CEO Baard Eilertsen

Baard was appointed Chief Excecutive Officer & President in October 2008. Before joining Maingate, Baard held different positions within TietoEnator, From site management leading teams of 12 persons to Managing Director of Processing & Network in Sweden being responsible for approx. 700 persons and a turnover of more than 100 M€.

Baard have a background from the Norwegian oil & gas industry where he was a Service and Commissioner engineer for different oil and gas installations. During this period he was appointed Site Manager in Genoa, Italy, being responsible for all telecommunication commissioning work performed at the oil rig "Spirit of Columbus".

Baard Eilertsen is an electronic engineer from Sotra, an island outside the town of Bergen in Norway.

Deputy CEO Patrik Björkman

Patrik Björkman was appointed Deputy CEO in January 2012. Patrik is also responsible for Deputy CEO Office which includes Business Development and Sales. Patrik joined Maingate in November 2009 as Chief Technology Officer. Patrik has more than 20 years of experience working in different management positions. Latest as CIO at Stora Enso AB leading group IT and its 480 employees, Stora Enso is one of the world largest Forest and Paper industries with an annual sales exceeding Euro 10 Billion in 2010.

Before Stora Enso, Patrik held several management positions at TietoEnator, from leading global service units of 10-50 persons to being responsible for product and service development on group level. In 1988 Patrik founded MDATA and was CEO between 1988 and 2000. From 2010 Patrik is member of the Board for Sustainable Innovations AB.

Patrik holds a BSc in Construction Engineering from Uppsala University.

CFO Pär Carleke

Pär was was recruited as Chief Financial Officer in May 2005 and since January 2011 Pär is responsible for all Maingates Business Support functions.

Before Maingate Pär worked 10 years within the telecom industry; Ericsson Software Technology, Manager of the Controlling department and Europolitan/Vodafone, Manager of Pricing department

Pär holds a degree in Economy and Mathematics from Gothenburg University.

COO Robert Bellwaldius

Robert Bellwaldius was recruited and appointed Chief Technical Officer in September 2007 with the main objective to take Maingate one step further in its strategy by upgrading its delivery capacity and technology infrastructure. In 2009 he was appointed Chief Operating Officer.

Before Maingate, Robert held different positions within the telecommunication industry. During 15 years at Europolitan, next to be Vodafone Sweden and now Telenor, he held positions as Head of Product Marketing, Head of IT and Head of Product and System Development. Robert also has a background from the Swedish Defense Industry where he was one of the project managers in the Swedish joint-company project JAS39 Gripen, managing projects and deliverables to the Swedish DoD.

Robert holds a Master of Science in Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering from Linköping University.

SVP Marketing & Communication
Kajsa Lilius

Kajsa Lilius was appointed Project Manager of Maingate in May 2010. Her primary duties include proof of concept with utilities. Mrs Lilius has since ascended to the position of SVP Marketing and Communication. Her management skills have been honed over 15 years and include experience in large IT corporations and the recruitment industry.

Prior to joining Maingate Mrs Lilius held management positions at Logica, Tieto and American Express. In addition to her IT background, she holds a BsC in both Marketing and Finance and degrees in Graphic Design.

SVP Business Development
Marcus Lannerbro

Marcus Lannerbro joined Maingate as the Vice President of M2H Portfolio in April 2011. He is charged with the strategic development and oversees the portfolio of value added services in the energy space. Presently, Mr Lannerbro holds the position of SVP Business Development and is also responsible for portfolio strategy, portfolio management, innovation, and solution architecture.

He holds a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and a minor in marketing from the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden.
