Ivar Strömberg, Chairman of the Board

Ivar Strömberg has a background in corporate and product management,sales and marketing. Ivar was previously CEO at Tele1 /Song Networks, a company with one billion turnoverand more than 1,000 employees in four countries.

Extensive experience in managing business development efforts linked to tangible benefits for customers. He has worked in many different types of organizations, from startups to the position of CEO. Directorships in e.g. Delta Projects Ltd, SEEC AB and Exchange Active Element AB. Former partner in the advisory company to private equity firm Eqvitec.

Göran Strandberg

Göran Strandberg has been a senior advisor at Prosper Capital/Skandia Liv as well as Partner and Executive Director of Novestra AB (Sweden). Göran has some 20 years of experience in the IT industry, working at Nokia and Cisco, among others.

At Cisco he was a member of the European executive management team and managing director of Cisco Systems Nordic.

At Verdane Capital Göran has been active in helping identify new portfolio acquisition opportunities and in building companies such as Axlon International and Coding Technologies.

Karl-Erik Nyqvist

Karl-Erik Nyqvist, born in 1936. Master of Engineering at KTH in 1960. Previously General Director of Statens Vattenfallsverk 1985-1992, CEO of Vattenfall AB between 1992-2000 and Chairman of the board at ÅF 2002-2007.

Karl-Erik is today board member of Vitec Software Group since 1998, Ebba and Sven Schwartz foundation since 2001 and Maingate since 2002.

Monica Lingegård

Monica Lingegård, born in 1962 has more than 20 years in various management positions. The last ten years as CEO / Managing Director in various industries. Extensive consulting background both within IT and Management.

At present CEO of Samhall AB. Samhall employs 20 000 people in 250 localities throughout Sweden and has an estimated annual turnover of SEK 7 billion.

Examples of other previously held positions are CEO G4S Secure Solutions AB, the world's leading international security solutions group, CEO at Prenax Global AB, worldwide subscription agent and Cofounder and COO of Intelligence, Management consulting firm.

Board Member of Confederation of Swedish Enterprise (Svenskt Näringsliv), Maingate AB and 4C Strategies AB.

Peter Gullander

Peter Gullander runs his own consultancy business, previously Partner at Verdane Capital in Stockholm 2005-2011, where he was active in acquiring portfolios of unlisted holdings and build companies like 118100 and Copiax.

Previously Peter was Head of Intel Capital's operations and investments in the Nordic countries. Peter has previously worked at investment bank Jefferies in London with acquisitions and divestments of technology companies and the Ericsson sales and marketing of mobile systems.

At Verdane Capital, Peter has been active in finding new investment opportunities and building companies like 118100, Maingate and Copiax.
